What if I don't use all of the hours in the month? Do they roll-over to the next month?

In order to provide the best quality of service, we dedicate a developer to be “on call” for the hours that you pay. Since we pay the developer for that time regardless of what they do, we cannot roll-over hours to the next month.

You’ll be provided with a link to a support portal in which you can submit your requests. That same portal will allow you to track the status of those requests. You will also be able to communicate directly with the developer via Email or Slack.

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal provided to you when you subscribe. If you do cancel, the hours that you have paid for already will still remain as a credit, and you will not be liable for any further payments.
