We utilized a robust tech stack (React, Node.js, Google Cloud Platform) to handle complex data hierarchies. Phase 1: UX/UI Redesign focused on clarity, designing intuitive user flows in Figma that simplified complex data entry. Phase 2: Platform Development involved building the core web-based tool, engineering features for standardized user stories, traceability between disciplines, and real-time collaboration tools to identify planning gaps instantly.
